Tim is originally from Taiwan, immigrated to New Zealand when he was still in high school. He has lived in Auckland for more than 10 years and just loves it. He has witnessed the rapid property market changes from year 2000 onwards in the North Shore area. Influenced by his family, Tim started property investments of his own from 2007 and was quickly intrigued by the real estate industry.

From his own experiences as a vendor and a buyer, he realized that people want a salesperson that does not just “bring home buyers and sellers together”, but will also help them meet their needs. He believes a down to earth approach, proactively establishing communication with clients, understanding their requests in details, so they can be worry-free on execution – is the only way to achieve top satisfaction of clients.

Tim speaks fluent English, Chinese and basic Japanese. This multicultural background and experiences have helped him deal with clients from all cultures. He understands and respects their values and is able to identify their different needs. Tims IT background has cultivated his strong analytical skills on property markets, as well as the ability to utilize the latest Internet marketing tools to expose clients’ property to widest possible range of qualified buyers.
